Reasoning

By signing this application, I agree that I understand the following: 

  1. Doe Eyes Animal Sanctuary and Rescue animals, unless otherwise stated, come with age appropriate vaccines, sterilization, and have been deemed healthy by a licensed veterinarian. However, we cannot guarantee the future health of any of our animals. 
  2. The adoption fee will be discussed once your application is approved and will be determined by age, spay/neuter condition, and the type of pet (dog/cat) you are adopting. Adoption fees will cover all age appropriate vaccines and sterilization. 
  3. The pet SHALL NOT be physically altered in any way (docking tails, cropping ears, declawing, etc.).
  4. Submitting this application does not obligate you to adopt/foster, nor does it guarantee a dog or cat will be adopted to you. 
  5. Doe Eyes Animal Sanctuary and Rescue does not work on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept applications and make the determination based on where we think the animal will fit best. 
  6. Doe Eyes Animal Sanctuary and Rescue reserves the right to deny any application without explanation. 
  7. While Doe Eyes Animal Sanctuary and Rescue makes every effort to process new applications as soon as possible, it may take up to 5 business days to fully process all applications. We are a volunteer run organization. 
  8. Doe Eyes Animal Sanctuary and Rescue makes all foster/adoption decisions. Their decision is FINAL. 

I understand that the completion of this application will in no way guarantee the adoption of a dog or cat.
